I am a minor delay...

Happy B-day to my brother Chris! and a Happy belated to my godson Jalen! (it was yesterday). See below for boboy's pic, he he he.


So glad it's friday. I'm tired as hell. I feel like I'm so overwhelmed with things on my mind lately. Planning for pop's party, wedding upon wedding, work and future considerations, etc. I feel like butter spread on too much bread...and of course I don't help my own situation by goin out or having something planned practically every night. I need to chill a bit. Maybe once next month comes around, things will be more relaxed; all the planning(though it's not even that much) will be done, and I will be in a new place and have my own spot to relax...I can't frickin wait. I think it's more of the not having my own place that's gettin to me right now. And I'll still have a roomie, but at least I can go back to not having to worry about so many other people in the house. Tick tock tick tock....anyway, onto brighter things...

I love when people can blend old and new and fuse it together almost seamlessly. There was that one superbowl Pepsi commercial, at least I think it was Pepsi...anyway, there's like a Gergorian Chant group over at one church and a band blasting away in another location, and then they all of the sudden play both together and it's totally in sync...frickin awesome. Music is great. Speaking of music. The new Common album is pretty sweet. And I can't wait to hear the new Joss Stone...she's hot.

I really need a new phone...i'm giving up on my LG. It's a piece of crap. It keeps dropping calls, like in the middle of a call, it completely loses signal. And it can't be my carrier, because I've never had these same problems in the same areas over the past what...10 years I've had them? Stupid phone. That's what I get for getting the "free" phone that comes w/ service renewal. Dangit. And it was rated so well too...I did my research and everything. I'd turn it back in and go for the manufacturer's warranty, but if they notice the tiny scratches on the display, then I'll have to pay full price, and eff that...if I'm gonna drop some cash on another phone, it should be much better than this junk. And to think these past two vegas trips...I spent enough $$$ to frickin buy two iphones. I hate vegas, ha ha ha.

Like I said, 'been another hectic week. I haven't even had the chance to talk about boboy's bachelor partay! But I will now... As always, it was a good good trip. Didn't lose as much as the last trip, but let's just say, if I add up the money spent on the last couple trips, I could have TWO iphones...dangit. But hey, it was totally worth it for me though, so it don't matter! Anyway, not much to say but fun times, and after much filtering, here are the pics ok for posting, ha ha ha.

Once I flew to vegas, I hate driving, but when it's with your boys, it's never all that bad. Except when...

Slept practically the WHOLE way through. THank goodness the other two boys were up and catching up all night w/ me. Kept me awake the entire time.


First night we crashed at Mina and Danny's place, to save a little green. Thanks Mr and Mrs Calmelat, you guys are BOTH my friends(he he he).

First night actually in Vegas, we did something I haven't done in a long long while; roam the strip. We walked here and there, stopping at every bar and either taking a shot or getting a drink. We were good and toasty soon after that...

Those yards have a lot lot lot of alcohol. Looks can be deceiving.

Party time! The actual "Bachelor Party" festivities didn't take place until Saturday, where we had a nice quiet dinner and then went to sleep after a long conversation w/ all the boys 0 => (that's my face w/ a halo on it).
